Therapeutic Sound Immersion
March 7 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pmFree
Join Paw Paw District Library for an evening of relaxation with this free sound immersion class. Sound immersion is a highly beneficial way to release stress, calm the mind, and facilitate healing in the body using therapeutic percussion instruments. The therapeutic sound of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, gongs, tongue drums, ocean drums, chimes, and Native American flutes will be provided by Dale Teague and Susan Teague, certified therapeutic sound healing practitioners trained through Wind Willow Sound Health of Kalamazoo. Attendees are encouraged to bring a mat or blanket to lie on for comfort. Space is limited, so registration is required. Registration opens February 21.
