Sound Immersion

Enjoy an evening of relaxation with sound therapist Susan and Dale Teague. Sound therapy uses sound, music, and special instruments played in therapeutic ways to improve on health and well-being. Attendees are encouraged to bring a mat or blanket to lie on for comfort. Registration opens February 20.
