Summer Reading is here to color your world! You will want to get those reading minutes logged on Beanstack to earn raffle entries for cool prizes. The more you visit the library, the more chances to earn gift cards to the local comic shop, book shop, and arcade. The adventure will continue all summer long with programs about food, painting, origami, and more!
Edible Sugar Cookie Dough

Learn how to make delicious, edible sugar cookie dough from scratch! First, you’ll make a vegan recipe, learn about ingredient swaps, and then compare it to a non-vegan dough. You’ll also have the option to color your dough with a sweet glaze and vegan sprinkles.

It’s time to color your world! Create your own one-of-a-kind 3-D balloon dog painting while sipping lemonade. All supplies will be provided.
Reading Challenges
100 Books Before High School
Reading has never been more profitable! Your goal, should you choose to accept it, is to read 100 books before high school. Earn prizes and books along the way while you expand your mind and increase your vocabulary, critical thinking, and test scores. Open to students entering 6th – 8th grade. Challenge yourself! High School is a super busy and stressful time. Reading for fun can be a great way to relax and recharge your mental battery. But it’s not just fun.
